Mask off

Hi there! First of all, thank you for visiting my website!

My name is Ash and I love fiction. In fact, I spent so much of my life enjoying fiction that, eventually, I thought I should start writing my own. Therefore, I got myself off my sofa and and set up this website as a hub for all of my fiction and other work.

As far back as I can remember, I have loved good storytelling in a wide range of mediums, such as books, films, TV, podcasts, games etc. Storytelling has been a valuable escape for myself and many other people from the overwhelming grind of daily life. In particular, I love worldbuilding and exploring the finer details of fictional worlds.

Most of my writing on Crunch Days will take the form of worldbuilding as this is the form of writing I enjoy the most (and is easier for me to commit to writing given my lack of free time!). Most of the articles in Crunch Days will be standalone pieces of worldbuilding but I will also create larger worldbuilding connections between some articles. I am looking to write short fiction at some point in the future but, for now, I will keep Crunch Days as a fictional magazine for worldbuilding.

If you like my writing, I would be grateful if you could review, like and share my stories on various social media (sharing buttons are at the bottom of each post). Please also feel free to visit the Crunch Days social media channels.

I appreciate times are tough so no pressure to support me financially. Your views and following are reward enough. However, if you are willing and able to send some small donations my way to help me continue writing, please visit my support page. Your support is means the world to me!

Ash
